How are hiring managers thinking about AI as it relates to candidates? Are you looking for a new skill set or strengths in areas that AI won’t replace?

Critical thinking and story-telling are the two top skills I look for in a PMM. It's way too hard to put that into an algorithm (today).

In addition to that, I think every employer will be looking for AI to be a part of a candidate's tool kit. Literacy in the latest tools, comfort with prompt engineering, and a bit of an engineer's mindset are going to be characteristics of the PMMs of tomorrow.
