Hi there - full disclosure from me as well, I work at Highspot and after experiencing this frustration in previously roles I actually ended up joining the company because I loved and believed in the solution so much. Full disclosure - I work for Highspot - but we do use our own platforrm and one of the benefits of it is that we can see usage and buyer enagement analytics for all of the content we create. It's a quick and easy way for us to determine what's working, what is being used (or valued) the most and also connect content performance with CRM data to understand how content is driving sales velocity, conversion, and quota performance.
