Ultimately, it comes down to meeting your customers where they are. This is critical. This can also differ depending on the persona. Here are a few tips to get started:
Define your target personas. What is your ideal customer profile (ICP)? Who is the champion of your product versus the buyer? Having this defined is step one.
Identify channels. What channels are best to reach each persona? Think of where these individuals prefer to get their information.
Speak their language. It’s important to speak to what that specific persona is trying to accomplish. This can look different per persona.
Use data, test, iterate. This process needs to be refined based on how individuals respond. See this as a constant evolution as you gather more data.
