Based on my understanding of the question, I recommend focusing on experimentation and speaking with your customers. These two areas will add value consistently. Think of this as iterating and growing based on received feedback.

With experimentation, you can learn faster. Have an idea that you are not sure about? Test it and learn even if the test “fails”. The requirement here is that you have a mechanism to facilitate testing. There are different ways to go about this though.

However, if you can’t appropriately test, the best-in-class approach is to speak with your customers (even if you can test). There are different frameworks for how to ask questions of your customers. The information they provide is gold!
