Here are some frameworks that can help you structure your answers in an interview:

  • STAR - The STAR method is a well-known framework for answering behavioral interview questions. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Results. It can help you present your examples in a structured way and illustrate your skills and experience.

  • SCORE - The SCORE framework is a versatile tool that can help you showcase any character trait in a structured way.

  • PARL - You can use PARL stories to frame your responses to interview questions. You can commit the details of each PARL to memory so you can use them throughout the interview.

  • Focus on the positive - When answering questions like "Tell me about yourself", focus on why you're excited about new opportunities.
