Here are some general KPIs to consider: conversion rates, activation, engagement, and pipeline stage X.
Tools are merely facilitators and do not directly drive KPIs but rather enable you to do so. Merely having a tool will not guarantee meeting the KPIs; it largely depends on how you implement strategies using the tools. It is also advisable to avoid linking revenue directly to a tool since revenue is typically a lagging indicator.
